As a president of Refugee Aid Law Organization "Trkulja & Associates", I shall have to extend my deepest appologies
to all potential investors/buyers of property plot 144. Much to our disbelief, Government of Croatia (current included), has
been unlawfully usurping the right to land in question with the sole purpose of obtaining monetary gains. It is an unspeakable
fact that the President of the Government of the Republic of Croatia, upon the whole affair being unearthed, takes a stand
at the national parliament in order to vent his anger and frustrations at the president of Organization "Trkulja &
Associates". At this point in time both the entire team from "Trkulja & Associates" as well as the international
community is involved in an attempt of difusing potential explosive negative consequences steaming from the above described
situation. Once more I shall, as I do feel oblidged, extend my deepest excuses on behalf of the Government of Croatia for
the momentary situation.
